Great experience Tires changed at Ferman filled with nitrogen, tires should keep better pressure run cooler last longer, oil change while we were there Steve was great. Green donuts every day. Yum . We love Ferman

Prompt & Courtrous The Pacifica was getting close to having an oil change & tire rotation. We noticed that one tire showed low air after the tire was filled. We called & requested an appointment, which was given on the day we wanted. The serviceman was courteous & I was on & out in an hour.

Scheduled maintenance Hello, I had my first scheduled maintenance on my car done. Everyone was very nice, and the waiting area was clean. They finished my car in two hours with the routine maintenance. I did ask for my splash guard which was missing a bolt, my steering wheel seems to Have a loose screw “drives me nuts it’s by where I put my hand and the plastic grabs it”. Great customer service A++++++ I had Tarek as my salesman and happy I did. Tarek is very down to earth and has many decades of experience in the business. Tarek is not a fly by night businessman and actually cares for his customers. Tarek tries to educate his customers so they can make a smart decision on thier purchase.
