Engine trouble light explained Went I to have trouble light checked. I am a thousand miles from home. Issues were explained to me very clearly. Vacuum and emissions issues so I elected to wait till I got back home. Very understanding

Customer service I never have a problem with service. Jason is a great advisor. I’m glad they give you to the same advisor every time makes it more personal. My only issue is sometimes it’s hard to get in on Saturdays and that’s my only day off. That could partially be my fault I need to maybe make appointments way in advance. Other than that everything was fine

Chrysler Pacifica hybrid 2018 25 miles on fully charge First use after service 34 miles on fully charge. Next use 31 miles. Reason for good rating I was told they found nothing. 25 was OK
