Good Customer Service Service rep, Jason Logue, is professional and courteous. He clearly communicates to the customer throughout the service appointment about what is happening with regards to expectations. Service from Jason is 5 stars. Service from center could be 5 stars but giving 4 as not fully satisfied with their response regarding my brand new 2018 Wrangler JL's grating vibrations while engaging clutch pedal in that "it's just how they are built." Thank you.

unexpected surprise We were looking for a specific model that would accommodate my short stature. Genaro did a search and found a Liberty at a different location and had it sent to NPR. It fit like a glove. All in all it was a very positive experience and we are completely satisfied with our purchase.

Air Conditioning Repair The service here was great. They were very busy when we brought our van in but after three days they gave us a loaner car. They replaced both units front and back and the final bill was far less than they quoted me. Three days later the air went out again. They gave us another loaner car while working on it. A hose came out and we lost all our coolant. They repaired it and put new coolant in totally free of charge. Jamie our service person was exceptional to work with.
