Women who answer the phones are my only painpoint Service department was great. Receptionists are all terrible, unfriendly, and no help at all. Talked to one lady at 10 am said she was giving my service rep a message about bringing my car in. Called back at 3pm had to leave a voicemail. Called back at 4:30pm finally reached service dept and they were never given the message that I even called. Laramie purchase We had a very nice experience with our salesman Tarek and Jonathan with finance. Tarek seem to be upfront and honest during the whole process. Tarek Same to go the extra mile or so to speak when searching to see if there was a second fob/key for the vehicle and a owners manual. Tarek and Jonathan were very polite and patient in answering any questions or concerns that we may have during the whole process. Great Service! No games played! Our sales person, Roy Faulkner - was easy to work with. Didn't feel as there were any games played, made purchasing a new vehicle enjoyable and simple.
