pleasant experience Ray was very patient waiting for my son to arrive from Bradenton, even though it was almost closing time. We had a great experience dealing with him and the associate in finance. If the dealership wasn't so far away we would probably get the service done there.

Tune-up / rear camera service Over the course of my life I have avoided dealership service centers because of them notoriously being known to sell you parts etc. you didn't need and otherwise to be untrustworthy. I have been pleasantly surprised that this Ferman Dealership has NEVER tried to sell me anything that I didn't come in knowing I needed. When I had an error code come up claiming a serious electrical problem - turned out it was just the battery needing to be replaced - they could've gotten me for a lot more but didn... read more
