lock nuts Locknuts put on too tight and remover key stripped so it wouldn’t work to remove tires. Becky in service took care of a problem that shouldn’t have happened. Took vehicle next to tire shop that said all lock nuts were loose ( finger tightened only) Tire shop tightened all wheel nuts to correct torque.

Great experience What a great group of people! Matt and the team worked with us to find a vehicle that I loved and was within the payment we wanted. Even stayed until 11pm on a Friday night finishing the deal.
