Excellent experience as always! This is our 3rd new vehicle purchased from Tracy at Ferman Dodge. We have always received excellent customer service and support each time. Oil Change I arrived early for my appointment and I advised the service tech I needed to have it back soon due to another pressing appointment. No problem, in and out in 35 minutes.

experience (the salesman, jonathan lopex was very pleasant to work with, he did not try to pressure me into a vehicle that i might want - i told him want i was interested in, and he spent time helping with my decision. the only problem i have at this time, is the owners manual is missing, and i do need it asap i dont understand why it was not in the vehicle - i would appreciate a quick response to this problem thank you julia leverenz

Awesome customer service Ferman always does a great job with my Jeep and they have awesome customer service. Becky always has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. There is sometimes a long wait but that is to be expected at any dealership and it's worth the wait. Bring your laptop and hang in the comfy chairs in the waiting room with delicious coffee and plenty of TVs, magazines, etc. Highly recommend!!

Matt was a great salesman Upon arriving at the dealership several sales people were sitting at their desk or talking amongst fellow staff members. Nobody came to help us and my partner and myself were ready to leave and then Matt came out to assist us. Matt was the only good thing about the dealership. Once I had decided on the car and we moved on to financing, Bill was not very pleasant to work with. He was very unprofessional. Friendly and honest. Our experience buying a vehicle here was nothing short of fantastic. Roy, Chance, and really the whole team were honest and friendly to work with.
