It was a pleasant experience and we left happy! Everyone was friendly and willing to help without pressuring. Didn't have to stay all day to get things finalized. There were no unexpected surprises in the finance.

Love Dodge Very pleased with my experiences at Dodge. Just traded in a 2012 Charger for a 2019 Charger, that's how much I love this car. So I have been dealing with this dealership for 7 years and always bring my car here for service as I want Dodge professionals working on my car. I was overwhelmed with buying a new car again and should have asked Eric more questions when it came to optional packages as I somehow agreed to way more than I thought!! He did patiently review everything with me when I called.

Friendly & Professional I am always pleased when I bring my Dodge Journey in for service. They keep me informed of what they find & always listen to what I have to say. Service Issues Still have noise when pressing on gas pedal. They say it is normal. Still have moisture collecting in tail lights. Want a fix to both.

Service was great, but the wait time was not. My appointment was for 2:30 pm, I arrived at 2:20pm, but my car was not taken in for service until 3:20pm. Why make an appointment if the service isn't going to be done at the appointed time?

Great Staff! Went in to get a few things done prior to a trip to Tennessee mountains. Had an issue with the thermostat after the mechanics fixed other problems. They immediately found time to take the car in and fix all the issues prior to me leaving. Great support team, will go back.
