Helped where other dealerships fell short Other dealership bait and switched me with a coupon and tried to make me pay much more than a reasonable price. Jason not only worked me in without an appointment but gave me a fair price when the first dealership fell short.

Wonderful Service Experience Outstanding service. I've never such an easy time getting my Jeep serviced. Besides Ferman being an 5 star Sales/Service dealership, my service manager texting me updates was very convenient and turned a good experience into a GREAT one! I ment to but forgot to ask my service manager to replace the Suncoast license plate frame with a Ferman one. I'll try to remember that on my next visit. ;) ~Benny
