There after the sale !!!!! I bought a new Dodge Rebel in Dec. 2016. My salesperson was Ken Levicky. Yes, salespersons are suppose to go out of their way to secure a sale. I was looking for a particular vehicle. Ken didn't press me , he made me feel as if two friends had sat down to talk about what I was looking for in the vehicle. Tarek and team are great I came to Ferman Chrysler on my way home from work. Tarek was very friendly and accommodating. He worked with us to make our deal happen through the whole process and con tines to reach out to us to make sure we are happy. I would highly reccomend. They were very knowledgeable and explained the difference on the Warrenton as well. I will make Tarek my first stop for now on.
Very pleased Our repair time was longer than originally anticipated - but Ferman offered us a loaner car that alleviated any inconvenience while we waited for our Jeep to be repaired. That was greatly appreciated.

Absolute pleasure Our dealer was fantastic about showing us some vehicles we would be interested in and not constantly hovering over us, pressuring us into a certain vehicle. Once we found one we liked, he was great with working with us on price, getting us a great deal. Though it was late, they had no problem staying past the closing time and getting us out as quick as they could for our convenience.
