Got In and Got Out in 3 hours I was a first-time buyer and they guided me through the process quite well. Ferman has an excellent staff who are courteous and friendly 100% of the time. Pete was great and was upfront all the way on the specs of the car. Everyone was extremely patient with some mishaps I had with my bank. Hands down the best price for a used Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring I ever saw when I was searching for one in the Tampa area. Highly recommended dealership.
