Jeep JK Unlimited 2016 already modified Sales team was pleasant to work with our salesman Tarik Kassel was a big help. Eric was pleasant to get thru the finance of the jeep
Fuel sensor on 2017 Pacifica Service was good from the dealer once they received the fuel sensor part! The issue was obtaining the part from Chrysler which took 3+ weeks not a timely manner! Chrysler's Customer Service Center was not any help called them 6 times in the 3 weeks "they escalated the request" which meant nothing. After about 2+ weeks someone from Chrysler finally called ....... I guess if one waits long enough the issue will resolve itself!
Transaction was fast very little down time. Bought a 2017 Dodge Charger 392 ( Awesome Car). No high pressure sales Both Eric Dugas and Chris listen to my requests and made it happen. Was only in the dealership a few hours. My fastest car purchase ever..
