"Terrific Customer Serivce" Sharon and Matt are ALWAYS there to help. Normal service maintenance on two Volvo's, 2011 XC90 and 2008 C70. My Volvo's run like they're new. Both vehicles have over 150k miles and I don't plan on parting with either unless my better half gets to looking at new XC90's. Great dealership. Greater quality automobiles that last.

"Always a Pleasure" i recently moved from Maine to Arkansas, but i frequently travel to Florida. i've been dealing with Ferman for about four or five years. the staff, namely Matt and Sharon, are always so friendly and welcoming. now, whenever I'm in Florida, my plans always include a trip to Ferman for either my maintenance service or any other problems i might have with my car. they are honest, knowledgeable they take good care of my 'baby' - not to mention they have great coffee and snacks while i wait. "Another great experience with Ferman Volvo" This was my second time leasing a Volvo from Ferman and my second time with a fantastic experience. Mike Kashtan and Chris Roy were excellent to work with. We were able to do all of the discussions and negotiations over the phone and then once my car came in, I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours (including trading in my prior Volvo leased vehicle, financing, etc.). Mike and Chris were honest, communicative, and great to work with. Highly recommend!

"Volvo XC40" This was our second lease from Ferman Volvo. Both times we shopped all 3 Bay area Volvo dealers and although geographically the farthest Ferman gave us the best price and was the most straightforward.

"Wonderful service" Love the understanding, service response and facility. The advisors actually listen to the issues and concerns "from a woman" and collaborate to find a resolution to any car issue. This visit they diagnosed and fixed smoothly, quickly and were friendly. Love visiting Ferman ... not that I love the money spent on the car yet all cars need maintenance. Glad to enjoy the company and facility.
