"Best Service Department in the Business" I have owned Volvo's since 1998 and been involved with may service departments as we were a military family and moved around a lot. Matt Ketchum and Sharon O'Connor are by far the best service staff I have ever encountered. They are super helpful, professional, available, friendly and always upfront about repairs and the costs.
