"Great experience start to finish!" My wife and I were very pleased with the overall experience with Ferman Volvo. Both Josh McCain and Chris Roy were honest and above board and made the entire buying experience a pleasure. Every aspect from the buying process, to the finance process was done with professionalism and the highest level of customer service. We highly recommend Ferman Volvo to anyone looking for new or used vehicle and will definitely be back in the future!

"As always the service was great. I was greeted my car was..." As always the service was great. I was greeted my car was checked out. Was given a loaner car. Was called when my car was finished the service writers were great. The sales people were great.

"Always there...." Tarpon Springs Ferman Volvo -- Matt and Sharon in service provide excellent customer service, and advice, offering solutions and working diligently to assist with any problem. The mechanics are excellent and extremely courteous and thorough. We consider ourselves so fortunate to have them available.

"Came to the dealer having never driven a Volvo. Michael..." Came to the dealer having never driven a Volvo. Michael was great, took the time to explain all the perks of the XC60, and then took me out on a test drive. Needless to say I was hooked! Have had the vehicle for 5 days now, and nothing but good things to say about how nice the XC60 drives, and how well I was treated at the dealership. thank you!

"Excellent Service!" Over the last nine years, I have received excellent service from every employee that I have dealt with at Ferman Volvo. I usually deal with Matt Ketchum, who calls me by name, notifies me of what is going on with my car, and gives me excellent advice over the phone. When I have been out of town, and have had a question, he has helped me out numerous times. Thank you Freman Volvo for hiring such wonderful employees.

"Purchase " The sales representative, Josh McCain, was great. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided responses. We learned about this company via Auto Trader. During this quarantine period, purchasing a car the nontraditional way raised a lot of doubt. Josh made this process painless. Just as promised, the car was brought to us safe and sound. We were able to test drive the vehicle and sign the original documents. Now we are proud owners of a Volvo XC60 Inscription.
