"XC60 Service 7/9 Review3" Matt was proactive - reviewed my initial service request and updated and corrected per car mileage. He was attentive and helpful suggesting my service options. Definitely the type of personal service I have come to expect and appreciate. It is this type of service that lead me to choose Ferman Volvo.

"Excellent" Our vehicle experienced a system fault wit the ABS system that required immediate servicing. We took the vehicle directly to Ferman Volvo and were treated with the usual friendly service Administration Team. They took our car in immediately for technical diagnosis and repair. We were contacted within just a couple of hours that our vehicle was ready for pickup. The entire experince was excellent!

"Great dealership. The people are great. The service..." Great dealership. The people are great. The service writers are the best. The service department is by far the best I hav dealt with. I have purchased three automobiles from this dearship over the years.

"Service advisor was welcoming and helpful " Sharon took care of the problems and gave me a loaner. She had the vehicle serviced quickly and had it detailed. Would use this dealer again.

They get directly to the matter and make sure I understand what needs to be done. Then, they complete the task and I’m given the sense of assurance that my XC-90 is good to go! Understanding and trustworthy is what their motto should be!! Thank you.

"Volvo purchase" No pressure, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was my second visit. I had done my research and wanted to see several models of the XC60. James was very helpful and had the car I wanted at the front awaiting my arrival. He then spent the next 5+ hours with us on July 4th as we looked at the different options and compared the models before making our selection.

"Good buying experience" Just bought my 2nd Volvo from this dealership. Only downside is had to negotiate hard for fair value on my trade- make sure you do your homework and know what your trade is worth. Service department is excellent- been using them since we bought our first Volvo in 2014.

"I LOVE this dealership. The customer service is so..." I LOVE this dealership. The customer service is so personable and warm. All visits are reviewed with me and I’ve found them to be very reasonable. Best service department ever
