"air in car" great people, great service! volvo is an expensive car to maintain. i only continue to buy for the great back support from the seats.. all the service people and mechanics who work here are terrific!!

"excellent dealer to purchase a vehicle" Michael Kashtan was by far the most informative and polite sales person that we have ever had. All of the other staff did everything they could possibly do to make our shopping experience a pleasurable one. We would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Ferman Volvo.

"My car is not performing well. Also I am having issue..." My car is not performing well. Also I am having issue with the Bluetooth. I can’t play songs and this was part of the service that was suppose to be performed when I brought the car in.

"Accurate diagnosis, clear estimate, work completd as promisd" Brought car in for a free safety check and a short list of concerns looked at. Most concerns were addressed quickly, but warm air conditioning needed repair work. They provided an accurate diagnosis of the issue and a clear and comprehensive estimate of the work required. "1st year service maintenance on leased car." I must have misunderstood at time of lease agreement what costs were covered under agreement T’s & C’s. Sharon and Matt very helpful and attentive as usual with customer service. Finance explained lease agreement to my satisfaction . Valet service was excellent and an unexpected surprise.
