"Pleasure to work with" It was a pleasure to work with Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs to purchase my second Volvo. For the past 14 years Ferman Volvo Service has kept my treasured 2006 S60 running in tip top shape. While I was not initially ready to part with my S60, the deals were hard to pass up. "Tire change" Always a pleasure to have my Volvo XC60 serviced at Ferman. Prompt courteous service, car was returned washed, vacuumed and new tire put on to replace the rear passenger tire which had been slow leaking due to picking up a screw. Best of all, no charge because we purchased the insurance coverage for tire road hazards. They even buffed the scrape on the front so it is no longer noticeable. I love Sharon and Matt at Ferman Volvo. Thanks, guys!

"Volvo Service" The Service experience was excellent. Nice, Efficient employees take care of your every need. Only (understandable) beef if that it is expensive compared to other brands to service.

"Extremely happy customer!" John Rebello really was extraordinary at providing excellent customer service. Hands down the best contact ever. Also Jim Baker was extremely professional and polite and made the transaction quick and perfect. The gentleman that had me sign the papers regarding gap and warranty was very polite and professional as well.
