"Friendly tip top staff" Called for last minute service and was fit in, arrived on time Matt was ready for me when I arrived just minor service performed but was completed within a very reasonable amount of time, offered drinks and snacks while I waited. Prior to being a Volvo owner I would take my vehicles to a local Firestone for repairs and service, these folks make it easy to say goodbye and utilize the dealership

"Excellent place to purchase your vehicle " It was a pleasure dealing with the folks at Ferman Volvo. Mike, Chris and Steve were very open and accommodating to my queries and requests. I know many car dealerships put a lot of pressure on the buyer, these guys just gave me all the information and let me make the decision.
