"Professional, courteous and efficient" Brought my 2012 C70 in for a door lock. Matt (service advisor) was extremely professional. Turned out my C70 did not have a door lock issue. It was “user error”, Lol or rather user inexperience. Matt explained how the keyless system for locks work. Will definitely return to this dealer for routine maintenance or problems.

"A perfect place" Matt Ketchum has ALWAYS provided outstanding service. It is a pleasure to see Matt behind the counter when I enter. I know he will handle my problems (if any) in a courteous and professional manner. Also first rate is the entire service department. I have never had to return because they failed to do what was required. I have been a customer for 12 years.

"Friendly Staff that Takes Care of You" Brought car in for 70,000 mile service, check engine light came on and then off 2 days later and some other minor items. They delivered a loaner vehicle for me to use while the car was being serviced. We have owned two Volvo's for almost 5 years now. Matt and Sharon from the service department have always been a pleasure dealing with as they go out of their way to help you however they can.. I will definitely keep coming back to Ferman Volvo.
