"Excellent service" I have been bringing my Volvo to be serviced at this dealer for past 3 years and have been very happy with the customer service. "Happy with my XC40" I travel about 100 miles to deal with Ferman Volvo. Service is always great and everybody is always so friendly. "Honest salesperson." Honest, no nonsense, professional, expeditive service. Answered all my questions and concerns timely and clearly.
