"Very Pleasant " The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were taken around and introduced to other employees such as the customer service manager and the parts manager.
"In for service " Service got the car in promptly. Repair one problem but couldn’t find anything on the other problem I am not concerned about it at this time.

"Purchased a Volvo S90-Great Expierience" I purchased a Volvo S90 last month from Alan Klingaman and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I was not local to the area and Alan made sure everything was ready and finalized before making the trip to look at the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle and driving off the lot I noticed a braking issue. "Intermittent missing/stumbling" Although my car did not repeat the intermittent problem while it was at Ferman, I received the usual friendly, efficient service to which I've grown accustomed. If and when the problem returns, I'll be back!
