Found them to be friendly, punctual, honest and respectful. They didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary products or services. They were also considerate that I was waiting for the vehicle. What I visually saw, was workers who were actually working on my vehicle. Don’t know how many times at different dealerships, that I have seen our vehicles basically been ignored for an hour or more.

Sharon and all of the Service department employees are all ways friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I have a closer Volvo service center I can take my XC-90 to, but will always drive further to Tarpon Springs knowing I will be getting top notch service and a pleasant experience.
