Difficult for me to comment on quality of work. Time will tell. Past service visits have been very satisfactory. Speed of service adversely affected by slow delivery of new tires to Ferman. No wrong-doing at Ferman. Sharon O'Connor is a treasure you should value highly..

I'm from Sarasota, This dealership, Ferman Volvo at Tarpon Springs which is about 90 mins away was sure more helpful than the Volvo dealer near my house in Sarasota. Another plus that they will work with you on the price which saved me a few thousand $. I will say that Volvo of Sarasota won't even budge or make room to negotiate whereas they go by their sticker price ! So to travel 90 minutes away was very well worth it for the savings ! Five + stars for Ferman Volvo !!!
