Michael and Chris were wonderful to work with. What was especially great was there was no cheesiness! There were no annoying sales emails, texts or phone calls that I had to fend off. We looked at other cars and the salesmen were relentless. The paperwork was seamless and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was. I have nothing bad to say about this dealership. The service department met me outside very friendly. My service was completed in good time because I wait. The collision department was red carpet service. They called when the parts were in and scheduled when to come in. I didn’t have a way home after taking the car in. They had one of the employees take me home. My car took one day. They said it was ready to be picked up. Again I had no way to get there. They picked me up and I paid and was on my way . Difficult for me to comment on quality of work. Time will tell. Past service visits have been very satisfactory. Speed of service adversely affected by slow delivery of new tires to Ferman. No wrong-doing at Ferman. Sharon O'Connor is a treasure you should value highly..
