Outstanding People and Service at Ferman Kyle Steger was an excellent salesperson. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Kyle explained every detail and feature of our new Chevy Silverado 1500 clearly so that we could fully understand and appreciate it. Vehicle Repair Service Delivered car to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs. Needed cat converter and passenger powered window motor. Both items obsolete as the car is a 99 Cavalier Z24. Service Writer Rob located aftermarket parts for the car.but could not have them until the next day. He was able to provide me a loaner car for the night. Had the car completely repaired by 2PM the next day. Also had service give it a bath This is not the first time I've had my Cavalier serviced here. First class experience at Ferman Chevrolet Tarpon Springs!! we've been looking for a new truck for a while. during our search we've went to multiple dealerships with no luck. We ended up returning to Ferman Chevy Tarpon to see the available stock as they always have the best selection and we've purchased from them in the past. Fantastic ! Our family has purchased at least eleven new vehicles from another dealership in the past 30 years we have been in Florida. This time I told the salesman I was going to get other prices and wanted the best deal first shot as there will no playing one against the other. Got his price and seemed a little high, asked him if he could do any better. He went into the showroom and came back and proudly told us Mr. XXXXXXXXX told him to take $600.00 off the price.
