Bogi Bogi Bogi I found the truck online and not only was the truck I wanted there, it was priced as advertised. I spoke with Bogi over the phone to confirm the truck was on site and he did not confirm until he had his hands on the truck. He put it in the system that I was on my way, which was the only thing that kept another sales person from selling it to the family offering to buy it as we walked up. Bogi was helpful and friendly. I did not feel rushed or manipulated in any way. I would buy from him again in a heartbeat.

Great place to buy your truck After buying a truck and being treated so well we returned a few months later and purchased another brand new truck. Great people and great prices.

Excels in excellence! I have been coming to Ferman’s for a while and Bill Faldutti always, every time, listens to my concerns then addresses each one with me and with my service technicians. I am on a fixed Incone and he will let me know the priority of must fix to what I can wait until next appt to fix and I appreciate that. I know with confidence that my SUV is taken care of and I trust him! I have had several advisors through the years that are no longer there, but if Bill Faldutti left, I would really miss his attention ... read more

quick and painless Very good experience best ever for me call Mark the salesman told him what I was looking for with purchasing my 2016 Ford Exploter Limitef ,with pricing and that I didn't want it to be a lengthy or all day thing ,I was in and out in 1 hour sign sealed delivered ,great experience

Fantastic service and employees! I had the pleasure of bringing my car in for service...and could not be more pleased. Customer service was excellent and i even got a tour of the facility!
