Excellent My AC was not working. After Robert checked it out, he issued me a 2018 Tahoe-wow!! The next day I was called -my vehicle was ready. A new condenser was installed at no charge. My service advisor Robert M needs a pay 💰 raise due to his friendly and professional demeanor. The young lady greeted me with a smile. What happened to y’all???🤣 keep up the outstanding service with a smile.

Cruzin in my Cruze My experience at Ferman Chevrolet couldn't have been any better. My Sales Rep Bernie was knowledgeable, professional and provided top notch customer service. The Manager Chance and Jay in Finance were also great. It was nice to purchase a car from a dealership were you didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. I can't say enough good things about Bernie, Chance and Jay. If you're in the market for a car, go see these guys.

Great Service! The internet manager Mark was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. I received the car quickly. It was an easy process overall. Great doing business here.

Thanks Phil! Phil was quick and to the point. Allowed me to get through the process of buying a car with ease. He walked me through every step of my new car and really highlighted the features I was not familiar with. Highly recommend coming to this dealership.

Bogi goes "above par" in a positve way to service customers! Bogi was the first to step up to the request to show me used SUV's, I had a particular one in mind. I was by myself so he was very accommodating, in fact he suggested taking the vehicle home for the night to show my other half. He is very personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I would gladly recommend Bogi to others looking for a vehicle.

Quick, and Stress free! never did my husband and i think we were able to get financed but ferman did it! and the exact car we wanted! we cant be happier and want to thank everyone at ferman especially Mark and Rich for our amazing car, payments, and warranties! you guys truely rock!

Awesome I’ve purchased a bunch of cars over the years, this experience was the best so far. I live 100 miles away and I had a trade. I gave them all my information via text, email and phone. It went like clockwork, I got the price and the vehicle I wanted for trade and purchase. Thanks to Bogi again for making it happen.

Best Dealership I have EVER visited I was lucky enough to stumble across this dealership, which is nearly 1 1/2 hours from my home. I dealt with all of the Tampa Bay area dealerships, and found nothing but deception, run-arounds and false promises.
