Always GREAT service at Ferman - Bogi Enkh is the bomb!! This is our 3rd vehicle from Ferman Chevrolet. My husband has bought 2 trucks so far. Today I ended my 18 year relationship with the Hyundai brand. We dropped by Ferman to test drive a Chevy Trax because I was looking for an SUV. Our salesperson Bogi was great. great all around service Shannon is very help full and goes over and beyond customer service. She also very knowledgeable about vehicles and if she can not answer a question she will find answer quick . All ways great to Shannon when I drop my truck off.

Yesterday's fabulous experience. This is not my 1st experience at Ferman Chevy in Tarpon and it will not be my last. As I expected Phil and Steve took great care of me and set me up in a beautiful 2018 Silverado 2500HD.

I felt comfortable and confident that things would be done r I felt comfortable and confident that the service/repair would be done right. Shannon instilled that in me. Also Sandy the shuttle gal was very interesting on the ride home.

Excellent customer service! After I contacted the dealership Bogi contacted me right away and immediately answered all of my questions. I was coming from 6hrs away and he even FaceTimed me so I could see the vehicle. He was very informative and when I arrived he had everything ready to go and was happy to show me all the gadgets on my new truck. I would recommend Bogi and Ferman to anyone. He has even followed up to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. Great experience!

Most calm car buying experience ever! Sarah made me feel so at ease in the car buying process, for the first time ever it was a relaxing experience. I felt like we came to the best possible price in a positive no pressure manner. She is a perfect example of why dealerships should hire more women! Steve Kikta also did a great job on the finance end as well. I am extremely pleased.

Great experience! Bogi was great to work with! I’ve been car shopping for a while and he was the first person I really enjoyed working with. He never tried to talk me out of what I was looking for and worked with me(and had a lot of patience!) even when he knew I had a tough deal to beat elsewhere. He also knew the line between informative and pushy, which I very much appreciate in a sales guy! Great experience!
