Great service..very attentive..informative and thorough We were greeted warmly and offered cold water on this 90 degree day...the sales person was polite and accommodating immediately. The overall experience was excellent from the salesperson to the finance manager..quick efficient attentive and thorough. Truly enjoyed my buying experience.
Check engine light I was very satisfied with the service I received. I was told I have to come back and it will take about 4 to 5 hours to replace a oil sensor. The appointment was made while I was there.
Best deal! After trying to trade in on 4 other different mayor dealers in the area, I was able to get into the car I need and he also made sure to meet my budget needs. Adam Rugg you are the best! Adam Was very helpful getting us in a 2013 Ford Fusion. He didn't stop trying until he got us in this car. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in a tight spot with not having the best of credit and no down payment and only working with a trade in. WK2 oil change We bought our 2012 WK2 from Ferman and their service has been excellent! The service waiting room is very nice and there was even some donuts left!!

Great Experience My Service Advisor Steve was knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything as the process went along and made sure that I was aware of what/why was being done to my van. I had extended warranty and he took care of that entire process as well.
Test drive On Saturday May 20th 2017 I went to FERMAN to test drive a Hyundai that I was interest in and I was being helped by Tarek Hassam. He had the car ready at 10 am as promised and I went for the test drive but the car ended up not being what I expected, He did not give up and suggested we test drive another car that I fell in love with and ended up buying, he was patient with us and helped me realize which car best suited my needs. The process of purchasing the car went smoothly and I am very happy with my experience.
