Sales/Service Fair and professional! Definitely recommend for sales. Service team helped get my day back on track. I didn't have an appointment and the service team worked my Jeep into the schedule to find out what was causing it to drive sluggish. Ended up needing a speed sensor replaced. I was out the door and on my way to work in 1-1/2 hours. Great job!

No pressure buying experience Brandon Hicks met us and made us feel at ease from the outset. He explained how the vehicle we choose came to be at Ferman, brought us on a demanding test drive allowing us to see the vehicles road manners, and guided us through the purchase. After some negotiating Brandon brought the deal home to our satisfaction. It still takes too long to purchase a vehicle these days but Brandons sense of humor made it tolerable. Thank you Brandon.
Knowledgeable Sales Associate The Sales Associate was extremely informative and knowledgeable not to mention very friendly. The trade in of my vehicle was also hassle free. Excellent Service I walked into Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Used car office knowing that I needed a truck but not knowing which one to get.
