Great service, slow at points but great people. My salesman Chris was extremely helpful and answered all of my needed questions. I left with a great vehicle and an easy mind knowing I got a decent deal. My only complaint was the length of time it took to go through the paperwork and process everything, 2+ hours to see the financial director. However once we were in the room it was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Ferman, if you have the time (granted it was a busy weekend).
Honest car salesman!! I always dread the time where I or someone in my family needs to purchase a car. Great experience. Salesman Tarek Kassem did a very good job demoing the used car I bought. Word hard to get me a very good deal. Scott Poth also was willing to give as much as possible to get the deal done. Dealership called the next day to set up a recall on the car that had not been done.
