Friendly and professional Typically, I hate buying cars for one reason - dealing with sales people. Not the case here. Chris Muniz was very easy to work with. He's honest and straightforward. I'd highly recommend him to anybody. The finance director, Robert Packard, was a pleasure to work with as well.

Excellent Service and patients beyond We went to Ferman New Port Richey for a used vehicle. Ken was our salesman. We went back and forth, and Ken was so patient with me. Our first used car purchase My husband Jim and I had a great experience buying our first used vehicle. Tarek Kassem showed us that we can buy a use car and still get a good deal and NICE vehicle to drive, even though it was not what we had in mind when we walked into the dealership. Friendly and pleasant experience A big thank you to Tarek Kassem for making the purchase of our new vehicle a pleasant experience. We knew the mini van we wanted but the purchase was contingent on our large pet cage fitting in the side door behind the front seats.
