Vinny - What a great guy. First person out of the shoot to greet us and last to shake our hand after a successful and amicable deal. Highly recommended. Love the Jeep, love the deal. Would definitely go back to that salesman and dealer even though it's an hour out of our way.
Vinny greated my wife and i and he was the nicest car sales man i have ever been worked with knolagable straght foward anwsers and came in on his day off to complete the sale ontop of staying late the night before. he the salesmanager and the fiance guy could not have been more helpful. in short of 20 plus cars i have purchased this was the best ever and probley the greatest deal ever. We purchased many vehicles in the past at many different dealerships, however, I will say, I know where we are going to buy our next vehicle. Greg (Salesperson)and the entire staff at Ferman were great to work with. Friendly, up front, no shell games and they didn't give you the standard car dealership BS that most dealerships shove down your throats and make you think, what can I do to get out of here.
I was welcomed to the dealer by Vinny Santoro. The car I had called about, after seeing it online, was ready to go and parked w/the AC on, in front of the dealership. It was very pleasant and Vinny had great knowledge and superior customer service. I definitely would recommend Mr. Santoro and Ferman dealership to others.
