1 Steve 1 No greeting of the day, just a direct and dry “what do you need”. The rest of the interaction was rude and disrespectful. I decided to take my business elsewhere so I don’t ever have to deal with Steve.

Very disappointed with the level of service at the car dealer. When i got home i noticed The car is missing the factory side rails after speaking with my salesman he said they were in the shop and that he would get them for me. After a few days i contacted them and it was all a big Lie. I will not go back to Ferman. I spent $50,000 on this car and they will nit even provide the factory rails. That is wrong

The guest Purchased a pre-owned Gladiator. The next day the guest called and asked about some bolts and screws he noticed in the glovebox. He then looked at the Carfax and noticed that we had installed running boards on the vehicle, and he wanted to know where they were, as they were not on the vehicle. We spoke to the guest on the phone and explained that the previous guest removed them and put them on his new vehicle he purchased. The guest then wanted us to install Free running boards for him. This is for the Lutz location: Bob Cooper said that he decides whether repairs on you car are worth their time even if it's under warranty. Sure hope nothing happens to cause an accident that needed repair but Bob didn't think the money was worth someones safety.
