My review was removed because I was honest, my engine light came on 3 days after purchase of a brand new car, and I was reversed into by one of the employees in the parking lot.

My first experience was good my last one wasn't and the employees need to learn how to drive.
Just upset that they ran my credit through 6 different banks till they used my pre-approval, witch approved me for the vehicle.

This dealership has the absolute worst communication . The first water pump went bad few months ago had to call and call to get an update . They also told me then there was no water pumps available there on back order so I call another Jeep dealer wow they have 2 . I called dealership back to say I found one down street I’ll pick up car well miraculously one showed up later that day .Today 6/12/2023 dropped car off at 8 am my service advisor had not got there yet other gentleman wrote it up I’ve tried the dealer 5 times left... read more
The car has had 3 rear ends. 1 was replaced because of a ft en noise under the 3/36 the next was replace under my service contract then the split drive shafts were replace and the exhaust was not out back in correctly ash the one thing has to come down to so the shaft. Noise is still there and I have been told they won't work on my car. 4 radios have been replaced and it has to go to the dealership for portocols. I went to the dealership and told them what happened but they can't do thing the stereo I have Allstate warranty ... read more
