It's my opinion that all vehicles that are being sold should be on the lot. Also whatever happen to giving military a discount or even negotiating a price on a vehicle. Where are the customers rewards

The salesperson did a good job , The sales manager tried to add a 1000 extra into the agreed price. The F&I person add two warranty policies and told me the leasing company required them, but was paying for them. I called the leasing company later and they said that was not true so I requested a refund from Fidelity, they are refunding the money less &300+ dollars . I will warn everybody I talk to not to go to your dealers because they are thiefs.

The F &I person told me the leasing company was paying for my paintless, dent repair, and a warranty policy. I called them they said that was a lie. I asked for a refund but they only gave me a partial refund. Your dealer scammed me out of about $1500 dollars. I’ll never recommend your dealer to anyone.

Great price on our new Wrangler but some of the financial benefits were not explained. We wanted to pay cash but were told if we financed it for a minimum of 4 payments we would receive another 1,000 dollars off, never mentioning we would have to pay 349.18 month in interest. You can do the math 349.18 x 4 payments = 1396.72. If we paid it off early we would receive a bill for 1,000.00 all the while neglecting to tell us we could a lump sum payment and to leave enough for 4 payments. Nothing illegal just unethical. No follow up. Lies! Can't call, you get stuck in automation xxxx and voice mail box is a joke! Vehicle there for 3 weeks. Just keep stringing me along. I toldvtgem I needed it done by the 16th when I dropped it off on the 1st. Here it is the 22nd and it is no closer to being done than when I dropped it off!

Highly rated for truth in advertising, honoring the discounts as shown on their website but very poor service/follow-up after the initial agreement to purchase is made. If you are looking to complete a deal remotely, I would not recommend Ferman.

My experience with Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey has been unpleasant to say the least. I dealt with Michale Fick and was sold services that were covered under the manufacturer warranty. I was given a hefty invoice and had to pay before I could get my vehicle back. When asked for Dodge NPR to confirm that these services on my vehicle were covered under the manufacturer or extended warranty, I was told it's not their problem, to pay out of pocket and submit your own invoice and pray to get paid back .
