I have been dealing with ferman chevy tarpon for almost 2 and a half years.This trip is my second new car.Ryan and Dave were most helpful with helping me pick out a car,that was nice and pracical for my work as a travaling nurse.Which is why I came back.

The dealership has a low preasure sales approach and was very accommodating. We had a good experience that was quick and not bull or bait tactics. They negotiated the best deal in town.

I made an appointment 3 weeks before I dropped off my truck When I arrived I was told it would be looked at in a few days it actually took a week or more before I was informed what needed to be done but not until I called texted multiple times to get status updates

I had an appointment for 8am, I dropped my car off on time. Someone picked me up and they dropped me off to pick up my car. I thought it would be done or close Tony said it was as almost finished it would be about 10 minutes. After waiting two hours I went back to the service desk and Tony was at lunch. Steve had just gotten the paperwork for my car and like I said he was very helpful

They were happy to sell me a vehicle. But when I had a issue with it every since I've owned it and the problem is not solved.

They used our truck for a dumpster we have a cover on our truck they should have never got in the back of the truck .It was so full of oily boxes in the back got home opened the back and was shocked.l think GM should give us some free oil changer or something.

I have the utmost respect for the parts department and the collision with the service department leaves a little to be desire and they never call you back. My service rep Art is the worst
