They used our truck for a dumpster. l have a cover on our truck and all my beach stuff .They should never have been in the back of the truck .Then they put cardboard boxes in the back of the truck with oil on some boxes .on my beach chair it was so full of boxes just couldn’t believe they did that .Took 3 trip to get all the oily boxes out .I called they and they send a lady to get them off our porch . I purchased my vehicle and got it serviced here a year later. It took me 3 appointments before I was able to get it serviced as they do not look at your vehicle the day or your appointment but about 2 days afterwards. Not very convenient. Communication for updates is okay, not the greatest. Service was well done.

You have to watch all repairs. Quality and transparency are only under pressure. The service department is not user friendly.

Everything was going great up until the time I arrived to pick up my truck. The gentleman that was supposed to be help me was on his cell phone when I arrived and never acknowledged that I was there. As I stood there was gentleman helping another customer said someone would help me when they’re free.
