I dropped off two vehicles in the last four months for tires. Both times. I didn't receive a phone call providing a status.. when I called there was no answer or went to another department. Neither returned my calls. The only called that I received it was to let me know the vehicles were ready. Then I had to run out my way to pick them up before closing. No recommendations were made for the future. Even when one vehicle has an engine light on. Thank you!

No customer service. I have a nail with fix a flat in one tire after being serviced for 3 weeks. No offer to replace tire and denied that this could have happened at Chevy, therfore, it could have only been me if Chevy is not at fault. I do not own fix a flat and never had an issue with any tires. Tony was my assistant and I felt belittled and was not treated as a valued customer of Chevy. I am just another number. I should be offered a new tire at no charge to me and this would have all been fine and we all go on our merry ... read more

I dislike the amount of times I have had to come back for a check engine light on my brand new 2025, while I had to leave my car in the service center for a few days I at least expected a decent amount of gas in my tank as I had given it at a quarter of a tank which is a little over 110 miles i got it back on almost empty with 60 miles to get me home an hour away. To say I’m not happy would be an understatement

I made an appointment to check the engine light on and air conditioning system. 8::00 a.m. my truck was there already and they did not address the problem. Around 2 or 3 o'clock service advice me to make another appointment date. Not good...

I called Dave left msg no return call. Your scheduler called me said they had my parts do I want to schedule when I asked to confirmed the parts he had he hung up no call back. I called scheduler to confirm ALL parts were present specifically seat belts she transferred me to parts with no introduction. It's been three visits untold phone calls.. I made it VERY clear to Dave and Service Manage I would pay to have my seat belts fixed - NO ONE ordered the parts - I ORDERED THEM TODAY thru the parts department - you guys suck

Service dept has been way below par the past 4-5 years. Recently took my SUV in for a clunk in the front end when going over speed bumps and the tech concluded that the noise was coming from my sunglasses in the overhead storage space. What???? I would have been more satisfied if they said they heard nothing rather than insult my intelligence like that. The only service that they have performed well are oil changes lately. It took 2 hours for an oil change. No thanks! This is why we don’t buy the oil change package.

Brought car in on Wednesday. Called on Monday. Service advisor had been assigned to Volvo. Could not get a statis in 4 trys. Contacted Ed ( sales manager) as service manager was on vacation After to calls to ed Neil called me back and forwarded the quote. Made change to quote did not get the revised quote until I called on Saturday from a different service adviser as Neil was off. The explanation for the delay was a computer problem in addition Neil's phone was not receiving tex messages
