it was terrible, drop our truck off to fully completely detailed inside and out and picked it up and all they did was wash the outside and forgot do detail the inside and could see they never cleaned the top center of the roof, it looked like a mohawk and all the door jams were never touched cause they didn't detail the inside ,we drop it off Sunday and left the key cause we live all the way up in Hudson made a special trip , I called and service guy named Dave never looked at the truck when they were done with it , I wish I... read more

Your OK I've worked with better. The work they did was good. It doesn't take much talent to. Change oil and rotate 4 tires.

Overall good. First time going for a service. Bought new truck last September. When I called for an appointment, went to someone not familiar with the location or the service. Couldn't tell me if it would take 1hr or 1day. Said someone from service center would call me back to provide that information, never happened. When I showed up, young man outside asked for the keys, which I gave him. Went inside, no welcome, no direction, just four guys on the phone looking at me. Took 3 months to determan my car was totaled! After saying they had ordered the parts to fix it as a cover up for taking forever

The service department does not seem to honor appointment times. After waiting for parts to arrive, I received a call from the dealership to make an appointment for repairs I had been waiting to get done under extended warranty. After I made the appointment on the phone, the operator said not to forget to get my 40 point courtesy inspection. I made the appointment for a Tuesday at 9:15. Put in a new thermostat and damaged the seal! Vehicle overheated 🥵 Had to pay to have it towed back to dealership for another thermostat!

2.5 hours to sit and wait for an oil change is ridiculous! Will need to find another place for service.

Told us to bring our car in at 9AM to put on a tire. No waiting. We waited 1hour and a half until I complained.
