If I could I would have given you a zero. Second time I had an issue after my oil change so bad I had to return to the dealer to fix it. I will NEVER return to this dealer and I will share my experience online.

Went there to get a couple interior trim pieces installed that were broken during work performed there at an earlier date, but the service writer was to busy takling to other employees about the tow truck driver dropping the Tahoe off clear across the parking lot. At one time he was even leaning over the bed of my truck telling another employe about it. They should not charge people for a pre-delivery inspection and obviously not perform it or they would've caught that the driver side window, which was not working before they sold me a card that I paid cash for

Sneaks there service center is horrible there tech destroyed my truck and I have all the prof sparkplugs bent an broken a dionostic machine shows early when it started missing a what a joke this place is and to no trust passe me so they don't have to back there work is sad that means they know what the did. Stay away from the service center !! There own employ gave me a recorded statement on what the do there and it's bad

The Ferman Service Department is by far the worst service department that I have ever had to deal with! I have tried to look past the inefficiencies and give them the opportunity to redeem themselves however it seems like they are not capable of doing so. I scheduled a front and back break replacement to which when I arrived I was informed that it could take two days, they may or may not have the parts and a tech would need to analyze prior to performing. A simple 30 minute delivery with an appointment took 2 hours! We were ignored while the salesman worked a deal with another customer! We drove two hours to get there.By the time we got home it took six hours! Unacceptable! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!

Our service advisor Dave was great but the mechanical department were supposed to wash and vacuum after the work was done and they didn't vacuum the interior even though Dave had specially requested for the vehicle to be vacuum
