I was called about a recall and was scheduled to come in. The person I spoke with checked to se if the part was in stock, verified it was them scheduled me. When I got to the dealership a different service person told me that an LTZ part has to be ordered and would take 2 and a half weeks to get in. Im a teacher and am off for the summer so my time that I can take time off to get this fixed. The time that was told to me is the week I have to report back to work. We were given false information regarding the car. The employees would not speak to me only my husband. My husband has tried to reach out to service department to speak to someone and no one will return calls

Made my appointment and even missed work. 2 hour shuttle wait back home. Was told holiday weekend no time to look at until Monday. This was at 11:15am Thursday. lI will never go back plus no communication

The initial transaction with Joe started great, the truck came in and we were notified. We are 6 hours from the dealership and bought another truck from there. When we arrived the truck wasn’t fueled(only had 84%) fuel in tank according to app and gauge. Grant(who was covering for Joe) said it would be filled. We left snd the tank remained the same. You scheduled an appointment for a recall of an airbag. I showed up for the appointment to find out scheduling never checked to see if the part was available.

The service manager, Tony didn’t check his work and charged me $700 for a job that wasn’t complete and didn’t solve the problem. the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership in my lifetime.

5 days in the shop, almost no word from service writer. I had already stopped going to this dealer as their service is so slow . But had to for theses parts.

I'm going to a different dealership I waited 2 and half hours for a oil change. Watched people abuse my truck then to get back in my truck I had to readjust my seat so I could get in bad practice by employees
