They didn’t use a mat in my car and had dirt in there and on the door frame mud! I think they lied and didn’t change the seal because it felt the same as the one that was in there when I dropped it off.

I had an appointment for Monday at 9:00 am and on Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 pm it still wasn’t taken in the shop so I picked it up.

The people I dealt with are scam artists. Charged me a part my car doesn't even have. Service department doesn't honor service and parts warranty. I wrote the general manager explaining my experience and got no response.

Never been in this dealership before. I made my appointment for an oil change that I was told 4 point inspection was included. As soon as I entered the lobby I was not greeted with respect. Old man in charge sitting in the front desk make me feel I was lost instead of I was welcome, until I Said, I "have an appointment". I hope someone is able to read this. Not happy to find out that manufacturers recommendations aren’t always followed. On my last visit for oil change and tire rotation, I discovered tires were rotated from to back on same side not cross the front tires to the rear and rear tires straight forward to the front ,as stated in the Chevy owners manual. I have been a client of you guys since 6 years after I moved from Dallas to here Tampa. But I would like to express my severe UNSATISFACTION AND UPSET with the people in the Service section from last couple of services.
