Was told frontend grease was included in my service, it was not done. Had to do it when I got home. Just frustrating.

That Was worse experience in my life I was waiting two hours for oil change. Nobody telling me that it’s gonna be take so long and supervisor know that I’m not a drop off my car. I’m waiting at the dealership. Never come back again

Apathetic staff. Marginal repair work. Poor communication, incorrect estimate, late delivery. Won't be returning to this shop.

I made appointment for oil change. I told them then I would be waiting at the dealership until it was done. It was 2 hours before it was complete. When I asked why it took so long I was told there were people in front of me. Then what is the benefit of making an appointment? The oil change itself was good

I've dealt with Chevy on multiple occasions, but this was my first time doing business with the Tarpon Springs location. The customer service was subpar, to say the least. My assigned Rep., Neil, was never available for calls or questions. Although I had a Monday appointment, they didn't even touch my car until Wednesday--and I didn't receive a diagnosis and quote until almost a week later. I ultimately took my car to another mechanic shop for service.

Took 7. 5 hours to analyze that I needed a new battery and get an oil change. Service manager said the first battery they put in had a leak and they had to pull one from the warehouse. ???? The service tech left a xxxxxxx socket in the gag under the windshield wipers that could have hit and broke my windshield. Overall, not a good visit to the Service department.

Had my 2024 Tahoe in for an oil change/tire rotation and they gave it a “free wash” but scratched my ceramic coat EVERYWHERE in the process with whatever brush they were using. I just had that put on not even a week before the appointment and cost me $2,000!

I brought my son's vehicle in for an issue 3x. Most recently they "repaired" the issue. And 2 days later the thing was leaking all over. I'm not sure why a leak that's visible cannot be fixed. This was a certified vehicle purchased at your dealership. Do better! I'll be calling tomorrow.
