Went in for my first service, only 5k miles. Was just a tire rotation and electrical checkup since it's an EV. Say waiting for over an hour and a half. Too long for something like this.

I think they were very unprofessional and did not treat us well. My car has had nothing but problems since being serviced by you all and in-fact, since I had break pads done by you, my breaks sound TERRIBLE but I am too scared to bring it back to you all for service.

Never user this dealership, they don’t know how to fix cars only brake them. Terrible customer services. Do not use Ferman cherry tarpon springs many other dealers that car about you and your car

After the second time in the shop and another $500 my car still was not completely repaired even though Furman Chevrolet assured me that it would be. They provided no alternative transportation while they worked on the vehicle the first time and no one responded I want to ask for assistance for the second time for my vehicle repair.
