Worst dealership in florida. Do not use this dealership Ferman of tarpon springs Chevrolet. Took my corvette in for simple noise issue and ended up three weeks later with louder noise and broken cup holder in car! Terrible customer care from managers to general manager! Please do not use this dealership unless you want them to make it worse than you brought it in for.

My service advisor would never return. My phone calls would not keep me up-to-date. I had to initiate every contact with him and they had my car for over two weeks for something should’ve taken two hours.

I was unable to get an appointment on my newer vehicle when it wouldn’t start and is under warranty . I was told two week minimum to look at my fleet truck . You lost my business.

I was charged for an extra service that I did not ask for. Brought vehicle in to replace fuel pump. My dash said it was low on oil. Between oil changes I add one quart oil. The mechanic said he added 4 quarts to get the add oil light to turn off. This is false because every time that low oil signal comes up 1 quart is enough to shut off. I change my own oil & 4 quarts would have overfilled my truck

Guess you were having staffing issues as it took hours for an oil change. You might want to tell people up front what their wait times are estimated to be. I would have come back another time if I had known. That would have eased the wait time for others that day.

Worst service and customer care at German Chevrolet tarpon springs. A two week problem and a torn up car and still couldn’t fix it ! Took to another shop and had it diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes!!! Don’t use there services
