I bought my Diesel Colorado from Fermon, cost over 50,000 back in 2017, and always had a good experience. This time I had an engine problem where the pump feeding the DEF section had failed. Ferman had to order the pump and take the truck, wait time about two weeks. I asked for a vehicle to help me go to work etc, told no vehicle available ever since covid. This was worst experience I have EVER had when it comes to competency and or integrity. I took my car there to get new rotors, brakes and a wheel alignment with the thought in mind that the best work would be done at the dealership. What a huge mistake. These idiots damaged the plug on the hub bearing assembly causing my ABS and Stabilitrak alerts to come up the very next day. To this day, I don't comprehend how a service department ignores your vehicle for 3 straight days. Then when you get upset at them for not doing their job, they ask you not to come back to their dealership . xxxx the Ferman Automotive group and anything they touch. Including Harley Davidson dealerships in the Tampa Bay area. I hope you go bankrupt.

When I dropped my truck off and told them that my transmission was bad, they diagnosed it as 'bad breaks'. I reluctantly told them to 'fix the brakes' knowing that it wasn't the issue coming out of pocket for 400 bucks, and after they realized that the issue is the transmission now they won't fix it!

Had a scheduled time. Did not receive service until 2hours after scheduled time. Service manager said they were short on techs. My appt was at 1pm so he should have informed me when I got there not at the conclusion of the service provided. Very poor professionalism.

It was Ok until I paid for the vehicle, then communication stopped completely. I was given no communication or information regarding how or when I was to receive my vehicle. I still do not have any original paperwork for the sale at all. I was expecting and promised bill of sale and actual accounting of all registration and transportation costs. I have received nothing, not even a phone call confirming where my vehicle is, who is transporting it or when it will arrive. Very disappointed and concerned!
