Took 2 hours for oil change. That is too long for that service. Too many other options out there under half hour.

I paid for oil change and tire rotation, technician changed the oil but he didn’t rotate the tires. I told the guy at the front desk, he called the technician and he said he did, but I worked with tires before, not to mention that I know my car and I’m 100% he didn’t rotate the tires. I’m not the type of person that leaves complaints or bad reviews on your website, but I took my car to tire kingdom for the tire rotation and you lost me as a customer. Have a good day!

Car was in for a hood latch recall. Broke the hood cable (not part of recall), part on back order, would not provide loaner or rental for 3.5 months.

They did a Technical Service Bulletin repair on my Corvette for a locked steering wheel. Afterwards the steering wheel had an obvious rubbing sound in it. Took it back to the them. Paraphrasing, "Yep, it's rubbing, we can't get parts." So I paid for the TSB work (after 18 years you could argue Chevy didn't owe me the repair, but at the same time you'd think one of the dealers I've had this car in would have taken care of it). And yet the repair work set up a very annoying rubbing noise that they can't fix now.
