We purchase 2017 traverse was told tow package that is what asked for. Joe Ford and Tom in service knew . Tow package not complete as of June 29

There’s a scratch on my passenger side fender and I called the sales man the following Monday and he has still not called me back 2weeks later. They also sold me a truck with almost 6000 miles and three days after getting the truck the change oil light came on. Horrible service or no service!!

Did not fix the fault with the check engine light. Had to take it back a second time and all they did was reset the fault. They claimed that the software was up to date. They lied because I was from out of town and all they did was clear the check engine light. When I got back to my hometown my dealership said the software was not updated and all the errors still had shown when I was inn Florida. They said your dealership never updated the software which GM had a bulletin on it. Never going back to them!

I was sent out of this dealership after having problems with my 2018 Silverado 2500. It’s in the process of being fixed by a mechanic… I would prefer to be put in contact with mr ferman.

I was on time for my appointment, not really sure why I had an appointment. It took them over 2 hours to change my oil, they did not even clean my car or rotate my tires like I requested for the second time.
